Since TruCircle already had an existing site, we evaluated the usability of the site using heuristic evaluation.

We screened 30 participants, who have never visited TruCircle, to test:

  • how intuitive and easy it is for users to navigate through the current site. 

  • how clear and digestible the information currently presented are.

  • and to analyze users’ behaviors and pain points with the current site.

  • Unaware of additional information presented below the fold.

  • Went to click "get started for free," without much thought.

not understand the value in upgrading and/or switching fully to TruCircle.
